The Korean characters are displayed properly when I view the Windows Media Player in it's proper mode. But when I minimize it to the taskbar, and when I scroll my mouse to it, it can't show the Korean characters. It shows question marks instead. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks :)

It's most likely because, unlike Occidental languages, Oriental languages are symbol-based. It takes a LOT more pixels to represent such language symbols than it does simple letters and numbers. So, it's most likely because when minimized, the display area is too small to render the symbols.
