    Hello,

I run Windows 7 on my laptop. I went to the command prompt and attempted to run traceroute, but I received an error message that says that traceroute is not a valid command. Can anyone tell me why I am getting this message?

    Thank you

Can you try running "tracert" instead of "traceroute" - that should work :).
