Windows Narrator can't run

    I just update (KB947562) and when i run narrator,

    A message appear like this:

    C:\Windows\System32\Narrator.exe

    A refferal was returned from the server.

    I did uninstall the update and the narrator's program work fine. This KB947562 is considered as Recommended update from Microsoft for compatibility issues on Vista. Here are details for this update:

    Download the update again, and install it. It may simply be a corrupted download file.

    Thank you for reply. I did remove and reinstall the update 4 times before. The problem still exist.
