Windows Defender Problem..

    I get this message when I click on it to start.



    Application failed to initialize. This service is not available. Try rebooting. Which I did.

    I messed around with the services to disable some for speed improvementso I went back in there and started it from there. I was trying to scan everything to figure out the explorer crash problem. It's killing me.
