Windows / Automatic Updates - Which Apps?

    Using the Windows Firewall w/ Advanced Security, I've set the default for Outbound to block, and set up rules for the applications I want to allow external access. What I don't know how to configure is Windows Update and Automatic Updates.



    What are the exact applications that require internet access in order to allow me to download updates? wuapp.exe isn't enough -- That will let you know WHAT updates are out there, but won't let you download them. And as I have automatic updates set, I want to make sure its working.
