    I have a brand new system which came preinstalled and am so frustrated that the basic of clicking on a photo in photo gallery produces an error message - any help greatly appreciated.

    Is the picture you're trying to open in a network folder? Is it on the internet? Or is it in a local folder? If the latter, are there any internet shortcuts also in that folder? This product is known to fail if there are internet shortcuts in the same folder as the pictures.



    Also, are you running Nero on your system? There is a known conflict with older Nero video codecs and this product.
