weird visual problem in vista

Hi peeps, firstly hello..

Im hoping someone can help with my problem...There are cirtain windows such as the date and time changepane (click on the clock and then click, "change date and time" ) where, when it opens, the window that opens is not big enough to display the entire contents of that pane, sometimes there are half buttons showing, half the text etc as though the window has been dragged in from the right...



seeing as these panes arnt adjustable, whats the cure? everything else works fine, its just this thats giving me grief.
