I've this recurring problem for several months now...

    In Vista Home Premium

    Warning USB over current detected
Please remove over current USB device
    System will shutdown 19 second!

I unplug all usb's from back expect keyboard and reboot, then I get...

Alert! Previous attempts at booting this system have failed at checkpoint [7FH]

I remove all the USBs then reboot I the same message and shut down

When continuing to reboot trying F1, going into setup F2 it finally boots. But, it's taking
longer to clear each time and it's happening with more frequency

I also have 4 removable drives appearing in the Devices with Removable Storage section
    of Computer (removable disk I,J,K,H)

When I try to eject and remove the 4 removal drives I get....

An error occurred while ejecting Removable Disk (whichever of the 4)

    So, what's causing that?

    It's a Dell Inspiron 531

    Please help,
    Yvoncey
