Want Firefox as default browser but not for htm files

    Hubby uses Vista Ultimate. He wants Firefox to be his default browser, but,when he clicks on an htm file he wants CoffeeCup to open it.

    So I set Firefox as his default browser, and then used the Vista function to associate htm file types withCoffeeCup.

    Works great! Until I reboot. Once the browser window is started up again, the association for htm is back to Firefox instead of CoffeeCup.

    I've searched the web, and have not found this particular problem before. There must be a way. :)
