    Hi,
After reconnecting all the wires in my computer vista did not seem to recognize my speakers nor my headphones. From my understanding this seems to be an ordinary problem but i havent seen an solution that works for me.
I do have a unit sound output (Rear digital output and Realtek digital output), which shows that it makes sound from the volumemixer.
I am almost 100% sure that all the cables are connected properly, i have no yellow warning mark on my device list, i have tried to reinstall the sound drivers and also deactivate and activate them again.
Do you have any idea on what i can do? :D

    These are my specs:

    Mainboard : Intel DX58SO
    Chipset : Intel X58
    Processor : Intel Core i7 920 @ 2666 MHz

Video Card : ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2
Hard Disk : SAMSUNG (500 GB)

DVD-Rom Drive : IBW 4HMB49I SCSI CdRom Device
Monitor Type : Samsung SyncMaster - 22 inches
Network Card : 82567LM-2 Gigabit Network Connection
