    Hi,

I have an HTPC with Vista Ultimate installed and an exFAT formatted USB hard drive.

I keep most of my movies on the USB HD for mobility purposes.

Anyway, my HTPC keeps wanting to format the USB HD everytime I try to look at its contents.

To make sure my drive is OK, I connected it to my Vista Business desktop and lo and behold, I can see all the files on the USB HD just fine.

Can you help me figuring out what da hack is going on? I'm confused. :w00t:

Yep, that was the issue: Service Pack levels.

My Vista Business installed out of box with SP1, Vista Ultimate didn't.

    :D Thank you! :D
