A few days ago, some of my drop-down menus began to use the Windows classic theme. Its pretty much only when right-clicking shortcuts on the desktop or right-clicking files in a folder.

Instead of using the slick "light-blue" bar that scrolls through the options, it uses the old solid dark blue bar from Windows 98 or something.

I have tried resetting the theme in "Personalize" to no effect. I formatted my computer a month ago so I doubt this is an old problem. Also, right-clicking just the desktop (not any shortcuts) for example shows the standard drop-down menu. Thanks in advance!
