I noticed heavy drive activity every time I boot for a couple of minutes or

so. I found out it happens at the System Volume Information folder so I

checked the restore points. Turns out that each time the laptop boots up, a

restore point is being created(hence the hdd activity) and is labeled

    "Uninstall: Language pack removal".

Anyone has any idea why this happens..?
