Vista Business games not coming up

    I have recently built a computer and installed Vista Business. Of course, no games are evident. On Control Panel I invoked Programs and Features, then clicked on Turn Features On or Off... and the proper window for that appeared, and then nothing else happened... it just sat there.

    As a check, I tried that on Windows 7 and the window came up and it took a minute or so, but the features all showed up okay. What could be going on with my Vista Business?
