    Hey all,

When the beta of vista came out, i tried upgrading my XP to vista, but it BSOD'd when booting. I thought it was a beta issue and just rolled back my vista to xp, but recently i got a new HD, and clean installed the new nonbeta vista, and it works on the new hd (which i'm using now) yet i tried upgrading my old one but it still BSOD's at startup. I think its related to a corrupted boot sector (as on my XP it stated at startup :"Invalid Boot.ini file, booting from C:Windows"). How can i prevent a BSOD?

oh, and another random question, This copy of vista didnt ask 4 a registration code, but the beta did. How do i register my copy of Vista?
