vista/64/sp2.int expl does nnot connect to internet

    internet exp would not connect to internet..google does..downloaded ie 9..now google dosent wrk..and ie-9 dosent. did diag on hard dr and all fine..i think some of myprograming got corrupted...any suggestins...john..when google worked my wireless net was recognizing the computer...when i try google now i end up with \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\funwoods as my browser but no home page and no error msg...tried a sys restore..no change
