Visa Restarting with .MP4 folders!!!!!

Dear All,
I have an HP6710b with Vista Business, i have several .pm4 videos on a folder when i open this folder, the windows explorer restarts. The problem is bigger when i placed an .mp4 video on the desktop, now when i start my laptop, the windows explorer continue restarting.
I tried to remove this .mp4 video but i couldn't as it was restarting quickly, and no error can be read from it.
I tried safe mode, but the same problem. What can I do????

 

I would think that you could use Command Prompt to delete the file. The command would be "del C:\(location of file)" I could be more specific but I don't know exactly where you have the file.

Dear All, I solved the problem, i uninstalled real player, which is the software associated the .MP4 files.
The problem is solved.
