    Hi,

I use a Vista Enterprise Laptop for work, of which I am in the administrator group and can Install/Remove Programs and do just about averything else other than the Power settings.....

I want to remove my password login after resuming, but this is greyed out and it says some settings are controlled by the system administrator, but yet I am listed as administrator?

Also I I try to access gpedit.msc, it says I may not have access rights?

    Please help

    Ron

Is your machine setup to join a domain as soon as you login? IF so, your rights are probably constrained as a result of group policy settings. If that's the case, you will have to talk with your IT folks about making the changes you want.
