Turning off the windows backup feature in Vista 32 Home basic - How?

    Its so easy in Windows 7, but, I have here a friends Vista PC to play with.
    I note that 'windows backup' is continually running. How do I negate this running in the background. Through 'services' or the registry - or have I missed a simple tweak somewhere!

    Disable Windows Backup in msconfig / Services.

    Apply and OK then reboot.
