    Hello,

I have been asked to sort out a problem. Basically, the person uses Gmail and it is asking for an upgrade for Internet Explorer. I have tried to do this but on trying to install this the licensing agreement is displayed but I cannot access the boxes to tick the 'I agree' section. It appears as though the text/font sizes have been changed and it is causing software windows to not be able to fully display details. In this case of the Internet explorer upgrade I cannot access the window. I noticed also that it is chopping off chunks of the gmail display. So I am assuming that the font/text size is/has been set too large? Could anyone tell me how this has been done and how can I correct it so that software windows can be accessed ok. It also seems to have had the effect of making website content garbled.

    Thanks

    Gary
