task bar

    I have Vista. I'll be typing along and all of a sudden my time in the lower right hand corner disappears and if I click where it used to be a transparent box comes up across my screen. Then paragraphs in my document start to move around. I have to log off and when windows comes back then everything straightens out. I do work in Microsoft 2007 at home and this slows me down.
