Steam is not opening and i should be able

    Hi I am on a Vista with the SP2 And i am trying to install steam. I get the error
    That you can not connect to the steam network. I would like help for this

    I am a Vista with SP2 I have 99.5 GB Free And a Intel Core 2 Duo

    Plus i have tried to deleate the ClientRegistry.blob and it didn't work
