So Dell support pretty much blows

    So for 2 days in a row now I've been promised that a Technician is going to come and fix the laptop. Also, for 2 days in a row now I've been disappointed while they tell me "tomorrow."



    It pisses me off when the damn people promise you a certain day but can't even keep to it. For 2 days straight that's happened. Why the hell can't they just do what they say they will do for once in their friggen lives....argh :(

    IM sure if you call up their corporate or talk to a manager on the phone and explain, you could get some free stuff out of it. Dell takes their support very serious and a manager wouldnt be happy if he knew about it.
