    The gadgets are not showing properly when selected (Clock is black!)

    Try to turn your sidebar off and then turn it on. If it won't help, try to restart your PC.

    My quick launch icons and Start button moved to the right side of my screen. The Start
    button at he top right side. I can't get the side bar to go back to the bottom right side.
    Also my restore and system button has disappeared.

    Hi,
    I am getting the message as setting ini is being used by another process, and i am not getting the sidebar. I tired all the steps given the form, It looks the problem is not yet resolved. I am using WINDOWS VISTA home premium.
    Looking for any one who resolved this issue.
