Hi everyone, I have an old Compaq 6530b.
It was built for windows vista, but when I got it it had (non-activated) windows 7. I installed windows xp professional on to it.
    It has 2GB RAM, 160GB HDD, and a dual-core 2.4gHZ processor.
Since it has a Microsoft COA for vista business, i was thinking of dual-booting xp with windows vista. Do you think it would be worth it?

You should install Windows Vista, it's slightly better performance than Windows 7.
Your specifications are roughly the same as mine, so you should get a very good performance!

Remember, any questions about the OS like support or if you just want to discuss about the OS, please post here and check it. We aren't active often here anymore, but I'm always open to talk to people.
