I had Grub on the computer running ubuntu on a different drive. Due to a problem with the Ubuntu drive I formatted it but now windows is looking for boot mgr or something like that. I run 32bit windows vista with 2 drives one for windows and the second for linux using Grub. I tried using the microsoft disk but it still looks for bootmgr. I have tried changing setup using del key but after selecting drive it still wants to find boot mgr. I'm typing this at the library so I hope I have the right name.
Can I boot from the command line.
    Any help appreciated
    thanks

Please don't post the same problem under different titles. I've already answered your post in the other thread.
