    Don't understand what you're asking.

A recovery partition is usually quite small because all it contains is a Vista image used to restore the machine. It's not to be used for any other purposes. So, you should not be resizing your recovery partition.

If you're asking about how to resize partitions in general, that's done using the Disk Management utility. Need to provide us your partition layout. We can't provide any details without that info.

Message telling me recovery disk is full

Whilst loading updates on my laptop the computer froze and refused to load windows 7. I tried to reinstall windows 7 from the installation disc but I think I chose the wrong option of upgrading instead of customizing. Now I've got two versions of windows, one that doesn't run and another that says theres no space on recovery disk. How would I delete these and start again from scratch? Thanks.
