Hello. Today I was informed that a new version of RealPlayer was available and I should install it. I did so. Now the only file called real anything on my C: drive is the installer (and a couple of older installers I still have). I cannot think of what else to mention except that I did not agree to install the Norton SecurityScan or whatever at the beginning of the install. To clarify, RealPlayer is no longer on my desktop, in my Start Menu, or in Control Panel -> Programs and Features, nor is it found by performing a search under the Start Menu. When I found this, I went to Real.com and downloaded and installed it again. The results are the same. Am I missing something? Thank you.
