Use the program BlueScreenView to analyze the dmp file and to see which fail is most likely causing the problem.

C:\Windows\Minidump this is the default directory for .dmp files containing information on the BSOD.
Open BlueScreenView select the upper left icon looking like small window which says "advanced options" and select the .dmp file by browsing for one.
Give a second to the program and see which files will be marked in red. They are the possible error cause/drelated files.
