No icons and Black Background in Security Centre

    I have Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit version. I have an Intel Quad Core System with 4 Gigsof DDR2 800MHZ Ram. I have a 1950XT ATI Video Card.

    The install went fine, except that the icons are missing and the colour is a white lettering with a black background appearing in the Security Centre screen. Everything else however works fine in the Security Centre. Just that it is missing its colour and icons.

    I don't really want to do a clean install for such a minor thing. Does not affect the function of the Security Centre, just the apperance.
