hello my name is garrett I need help
I have a dell OptiPlex gx1 and I understand WHY its not working but how do I enable it?
I have read other websites for xp but they don't work in windows vista.
the problem is that windows vista and above block ISA slots.
I found this out by Microsoft plus my ISA modem does not show up ether.
I have a ISA video card, audio card, modem, and Ethernet card.
so none of those work but video card with really bad video quality and glitchy screen.
please help me I cannot live without the audio on it.

p.s: its a pentum 3 with 2024 mbs of ram I upgraded it

p.p.s: its a regedit thing that you have to mod in xp but how in vista and 7

PLEASE HELP and thank you for your help
