Vista Home Premium 32-bit on an Acer Aspire 5630-6288

I bought it in 2007. It's been sitting around since 2010.
The Standard User has no password. I forgot the Administrator password.

I want to do a Factory Restore but the only way I can think of is by accessing the default Administrator Acct. which does not appear. Not even in Safe mode.

Does someone know a way to make the default Administrator appear in Safe mode?

    Thank you very much.

This is my first post in Vista Forums but I've been on Seven Forums since August 2011

I've got a Win 8 PRO 64-bit OEM that I bought for new build when I get all the parts.

I could install it over Vista but man; I hate to waste it on a laptop with only a 1.66 GHz CPU and 2 GB 667 MHz RAM (which can only be increased to 4 GHz)

Sorry for the very late response. If you are still working on this,

What is the full make and model number of the computer?
