need help with printer

    so i got an hp c5180 all in one printer and when i goto install it keeps saying that ineed administrator rights. anyone know what the problem is?

    Under Vista, your default account does not have the same level of Admin rights as it did on XP; instead, it has limited rights. When installing software or drivers, right-click on the EXE and select run-as-administrator. That should get you past the rights problem.



    If that doesn't do it, you either have to turn off UAC, or you have to unhide the hidden Admin account and run as the real Administrator. For instructions on both of these, see the following:
