I am trying to re install windows vista on my dell computer but am having trouble doing so.

I have the original windows vista 32bit reinstallation dvd that came with the computer.

When I normally start up I get to the blue screen. I switched priority to the CD/DVD drive to boot the disc but "missing bootmgr" comes up.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Thanks, Alex.
