Lock Out

    Ok so I have an issue here. I've searched around online for awhile trying to find a solution for this but nothing I have found so far has been useful. Basically what happens is, after about 1 minute of sitting idle, reading or watching a video, or just afk for a bit, my vista goes to the lock out screen where I have to put in my pw to get back to the desktop. I have no screen saver running, I've gone to the power saver settings and made sure my sleep mode was turned off, the hybrid sleep was off, turned off the password upon wake up, and everything else I could find that would account for this stupid lock out. I reset my comp just to make the settings changes had stuck and they did, yet my vista still goes to that stupid lock screen after about 1 min. Please, somebody help me here!
