I will try and explain this the best I can.

I have three user profiles: TV, Tyler, Bob. Bob was designated the administrator and the other two are standard.

When I log on I can choose between TV and Bob, but not Tyler.

Then when logged in as either TV or Bob, everything I try to do requires an admin password and the popup has Tyler listed.

I cannot change any settings without the password.

I have left the password slot blank and hit enter. I have tried entering safe mode, but for some reason cannot do that either.

    Any advice out there?

    Thanks.

Boot to Safe Mode, login as Administrator (not TV, Tyler or Bob). Go to Control Panel, User Accounts and remove the password from Bob.

Reboot, login as Bob then set the password again.
