    Hi,

I'm running Vista. When I open Internet Explorer, it won't load the home page, and says that Internet Explorer can't connect to the Internet. When I press the "Diagnose Connection Problems" button, it tells me that it doesn't find a problem with the connection. When I press OK, the homepage comes up and everything works fine.

It isn't debilitating, but it's kind of a nuisance. I've sent info to Microsoft several times.

Also, when I upgrade to IE 9, and open Internet Explorer, it sits there clocking and won't load a page. So I uninstall it and go on. I run AOL Software, and the browser works fine through AOL, and Mozzilla Firefox seems to work fine.
    Thanks.
