    Hi folks!

I have a 7yr old Toshiba M9 (PTM91C-TG409C) that came with a Hitachi Travelstar 120Gb hdd. Nice drive, but now too small. I'm planning to replace it with a 7K500 Travelstar 500Gb hdd.

The original drive has Vista Business on it, and a 5Gb image partition. No disc media came in the box.

I used Toshiba Recovery Disc Creator 2.x to make a recovery image disc, hoping that will permit me to "restore" Vista on the new drive.

My goal is to end up with a 500Gb hdd that has both an image partition, and a functional Vista OS. Once the new hdd is running, I'll wipe the 120Gb and let it sit in the archives.

Am I knitting this process together in the right order?
