Installed a new software and it won't start????/

    Hi, I run Vista Home Premium. I installed a new software, Cricut design studio and at that program startup, I get an error message saying that windows will shut it and look for a solution.

    I checked on that particular software forum and it seems that it is a common error. Their fix is to run CMD as admin and enter: net localgroup "Administrators" "NT Authority\Local Service" /add.

    My problem is that I get an error in CMD saying that The Local group does not exist. I went into Computer, Manage and Tools and I don't have Local users and group optionthere. Is there anything I'm not doing properly?
