Installation Error about system volume...help.

    I am facing this error.

    But I ignored it, the installation was going all great. But after I restarted the computer through the installation, this is what came up. How to fix this??

    Previously I installed the x86 (32-bit) edition, and it was running great! But now, I can't seem to operate Vista anymore... :(

    Please help me ASAP!!!!
