Hi, I am new here and new to Vista. I have a Toshiba dynabook TX/67E running Japanese OS Home Premium and can't get a number of programs to run.

    The program is Neuroprogrammer.

For those of you who are more computer literate then me and could help, here is a breakdown of the APP crash. If I can't get this to work, then I will have to reinstall the OS from scratch.

Hope someone has some ideas as to how to solve this! Thanks.

If you'd checked our pinned posts BEFORE you posted, you would have seen that in this forum, we have a post that provides a link to an MS site that contains the list of currently tested Vista-ready applications.

I checked that list and Neuroprogrammer is not on it.

Thus, since MS says it's not compatible, your only recourse is to check with the supplier of the program and get help from them.

    Thanks for the prompt reply.

I did check in advance to see if the program is compatible and it is not on the lists I have searched for on the net. I have been in touch with the manufacter who has told me they have no compatibility issues with this software on Vista so far.

    Sincerely yours
