How to deleten 0 byte files and folders without location?

    Hi there,
    A few days ago I removed my Sims 2 to reinstall it, because the launcher didn't work. Because of that, I couldn't uninstall it properly so I just removed it in the control panel. Now I have all these zero byte files of the Sims. When I want to delete them, the pop up says it is moved or removed so it can't be found.

    I read every forum and tried a lot of things, but nothing worked. Please help me!

    P.S. I do not have a restore point..
