How to change which way my monitor extends

    I have a laptop and with an additional monitor. I use the monitor as my primary display and is located to the right of the laptop. The laptop dispaly is used as the extended desktop and is located on the right. My problem is that when vista boots up, it extends my desktop to the left instead of the right. Everything i restart i have to switch this to the way i want it. How can i change the default for this setting. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

    Also when i initially installed the monitor i choose to extend to the left by default, but i can't figure out how to change it.
