Hi - Dell Inspiron windows vista blue screen error

    Hi All,

    I am a new member in this forum. kindly help me.

    i've got the blue screen error 5 times so for in last 2 weeks. see below error messege:

    A bluescreen typically presents with a stop error code and some register values.



    If you have those, please post them.

    Hi,

    thanks alot for the reply.

    there is no stop messege or anything. it appears as the blue screen with some messege saying you need to start the system with safe mode and it'll start recovering list of files and then startup.

    after i did the normal startup i can see the notepad file with the given messege in my first post.

    kindly let me know is it b'cos of virus or RAM issue. my configuration is as follows:

    Intel pentium core duo, 2 gb RAM

    Suggest taking a look in the System Event log for errors.



    Under the Start area, enter the following "eventvwr.msc". Accept UAC prompt.



    Then, under Windows Logs, click System. Scroll through the log in the center pane and look for Error entries. When found, double-click the entry and read the details in the event properties popup.

    Go to the location of the miniDump that it gave you in the original post, open the dump file w/ notepad and past it into here.
