Hey guys! Just got Vista because I had to get a new computer. Eh, I don't like it so far. I'm having troubles with changing things to the Korean language. I set everything as Korean, but it doesn't work. I can only view Korean web pages and not the programs. In the programs, they come as question marks and some symbols. Is there some sort of language pack that I was supposed to download? Thanks in advance!

I have fixed this problem, but I now have another problem. I cannot write in Korean. How can I do this? Do I need to download a Korean Language Pack? If so, how?
