    Re: Dimensions E521 Vista Business O/S installed on a wiped computer with no problems.
    No matter where I go, I get the message that Internet Explore cannot access the website, including trying to upgrade or changing the browser I have tried everything in the book that has been suggested. Help!

    The newest version of Internet Explorer that Windows Vista supports is 9.
    Most websites no longer support such an old version, so they will not load.
    You need to install and use a browser which supports and loads most websites.
    MyPal 29.3.0 is what I use.
