I bought an cheap little game for the wife. She loves this game, I spent 7 hours plus 2 hours of driving for this game. Name of the game is Burger Island. It came in a combo pack, with 3 other games. The other 3 games work great, but Burger Island, (yes, I know, but its for the wife and kids :) ). I install it, then go to open it, and right away get "Check online for a solution and close program/Cloce the program".

    These are the problem details:

    Problem signature:

    Problem Event Name: APPCRASH

    Application Name: bi.exe

    Application Version:

    Application Timestamp: 2a425e19

    Fault Module Name: kernel32.dll

    Fault Module Version: 6.0.6002.18005

    Fault Module Timestamp: 49e037dd

    Exception Code: 0eedfade

    Exception Offset: 0003fbae

    OS Version: 6.0.6002.

    Additional Information 3: 9552

    Additional Information 4: 97e33ee0ad452ea54fda26fbc0e11671

When I choose to close the program, an "Application Error" box comes up and it says: "Exception Exceptionin module bi.exe at 0017DDDF. Error creating object. Please verify that the Microsoft Data Access Components 2.1 (or later) have been properly installed".

Please help!!! I can supply PC system info if required.

Try installing the .NET frameworks and VC Redistributables.

.NET - There are several packages at the bottom. Id suggest installing all of them.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86) - There are also several others at the bottom of this page as well.

If that doesnt work, then I will need to hear your specs of your machine. Your OS, RAM, Processor, and so on.
