Gadgets Sidebar missing from tray

    There used to be an icon in the notification area so if needed I could open the Gadget Sidebar without minimizing windows. It is now gone and even under Customizing feature I can't get it back.

    I also checked my Startup option and it is checked. The Sidebar is still there but not the icon.

    I recently removed a program I found installed called Yontoo? Didn't know where it came from. Could that have been the culprit?

    Anyway, how can I restore that icon in the notification area?
