    hi

after several win reinstalls and messing around with the security settings, i ended up with all my folders like this:

    http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=23msdu1&s=4

is it possible to wipe out those unknown accounts from the root directory and everything under it? or i have to do it manually?

    thanks

You should be able to start the computer management console and remove all the unwanted user profiles. You may have to unhide the "real" Administrator profile and login that way, first. See our pinned post about unhiding the "real" Admin user.

the problem is that there are no "other" users... these accounts on the folders security tab are some garbage left from previous windows installations and settings :S
