ExpressCard 54 (USB3.0) Wont work on Vista (Error 10 on Device Manager)

    I recently bought an ExpressCard54 to add USB 3.0 to my old Windows Vista 2007 Laptop (I was intending to use it to clone hard drives with high Speed USB 3 Equippment) and when i installed it everything was fine until i tried to install drivers, the system crashed, it seems that the drivers in the CD included were for Windows 7 and avobe, so i looked up in the Microsoft Catalog and found Windows Vista drivers, installed them and the system didnt crash, but it gave me Error 10 and it wasnt Working even after restarting and trying with Fresco Logic (Brand of the Card) Generic Drivers for Vista

    I have Windows Vista SP2 6003 (I installed All Windows Vista and Server 2008 Updates i could [I have over 500 Updates installed including updates for Office 2010 and .NET])
    All drivers up to date in their Windows Vista versions
